SHAPE SA’s TOMORROW TODAY
Vote In The 2016 Municipal Elections
✅ OUR ACTIONS ARE JUDGED BY OUR INTENTIONS
– PROPHET MUHAMMED (Peace be upon Him)
✅ MAKE YOUR INTENTION FELT AND REGISTER TO VOTE:
The Muslim Community will, within a few years, grow to 5 million people. We will make up 7% – 8 % of our country’s population.
The political landscape nationally and internationally compels us to play a leading role in the “fiqh of citizenship”, and our responsibility as Muslim citizens to serve humanity.
Our participation in elections ensures we influence those who represent our values and aspirations to serve humanity.
In this fractious political environment an organised voting block could make the difference in providing stability and growth, for our country.
If we want to make a difference and serve humanity we need to ensure that we achieve voter registration of 100% from the current low levels of only 15%.
Every VOTE ✅ should contribute to achieving:
1. Better Municipal Services
2. Better Education
3. Better Health Care
4. Safety and Security
We can make a difference by:
1. Registering our families to vote.
2. Ask all our community organisations and mosques to encourage all over 18’s to register and vote.
3. Request our NGO’s to join this campaign.
“GOD WILL NOT CHANGE THE CONDITION OF A PEOPLE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR OWN CONDITION.” – AL QURAN (SuraRa’ad; Verse 11)
✅ WE MUST REGISTER AND VOTE
✅ TO BUILD A BETTER SOUTH AFRICA
