Dr Terblanche serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Principal of the International Peace College South Africa (IPSA), an esteemed higher education institution for Islamic scholarship in Rylands, Gatesville.
He has been actively involved in higher education since 2002 as a senior lecturer, academic manager, and strategist.
