The Women’s Forum aims to nurture and connect women. It achieves this through critical dialogue, active participation, mentorship and a holistic support that can positively transform communities. Women play a pivotal role in all spheres of the community, in all phases of life, as they anchor the domestic space. Despite their significant role, our women are much challenged and face many hardships. Considering this, the MJC Women’s Forum reaches out to the women in our community, to their network, and to connect and support them.
Activities offered include:
- Education
- Training, by encouraging positive parenting
- Awareness of and mobilization on domestic and international issues
- Fundraising, for projects and sustainability
