The Muslim Judicial Council (SA) is excited to announce the launch of its newly revamped website at www.mjc.org.za

The brand-new site features a streamlined and simplified design and offers quick and easy access to essential information on the operations of the MJC. The website also incorporates dedicated educational resources on the basic teachings of Islam, a comprehensive list of Mosques, Muslim Primary and High Schools, Hafith schools and cemeteries in the Western Cape. Also included is a perpetual salaah timetable and links for Quranic recitation and various duas.

“Our goal with this newly designed website is to create a user-friendly browsing experience that focuses on the organization’s mission of ‘taking the MJC to the people’,” said MJC Head of Media and Communications, Mishka Daries. “We believe that this new site will allow our visitors to get answers to their questions easier and quicker, without having to sift through tons of information.”

The team behind the new look website is Endor by Design, headed by Afsana Khan, who was excited to produce a modern website even though the MJC will be celebrating its 74th year of existence in February 2019.

“Our aim was to create a website that was bold and functional in design. It is designed for the community to use with ease. It focuses on the content and simplicity of flow,” Director of Endor By Design, Afsana Khan said.

The MJC’s new website will be updated on a regular basis with media statements and information related to the Muslim community in South Africa. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website on www.mjc.org.za
